I am so lucky I found Angie! We’ve been working together for almost two months now virtually and I’ve never been more excited to exercise. This is my first time exercising consistently let alone with a trainer and Angie has made it so easy and enjoyable. She is mellow but motivating at the same time. I wanted someone down to earth, who wasn’t going to bark at me and Angie is just that. She’s really knowledgeable and also cares about my well being. She helps me set realistic goals and stick to them. I am so happy with Angie and glad I finally reached out for her help.

Let me start by saying I’ve had trainers before but Angie is by far the best trainers I’ve ever had! I’ve been training with her for only 3 months and my progress is undeniable. I have achieved soo much in such a short amount of time from overall strength to muscle gain, weight loss and being able to perform exercises I would never have thought I could perform. She’s Amazing! From the first day we meet she has always been very professional but yet soo down to earth, she’s easy to talk to non judgmental and always encouraging she really does make you feel that you can accomplish just about any fitness goal you may have set for yourself. The individualized fitness program she creates are always challenging and fun. She is the best trainer anyone could ask for, i had couple of trainers before at 2 different gyms but none of them actually cared, but Angelica goes above and beyond to work with my schedule with my life routine to make sure i get to my goal, within 2 weeks i was seeing great results and of course I enjoy every session, don’t hesitate to start with her she is great 👍🏼

This is my first time working out with a personal trainer and I’m glad it was with you Angie 💪🏼💪🏼 I used to go to the camp transformation center and this is nothing compared to it (except one day 😂) She’s more about quality not quantity which is awesome cuz you don’t wanna hurt yourself. She keeps asking does it BURN? Or HURT? She’s very energetic, very friendly, very patient, very funny and she makes the session really fun and productive session. Angie is awesome! She makes everything easy and her plan makes it feel less like a chore and more of an everyday habit I’ve grown accustomed to. All my workouts are designed for me and the equipment I have, so I know she’s taking the time to make them for me and me alone - it’s not a one stop shop for all people and all body types, it’s catered to me and that’s what I appreciate about Angie :) she’s there’s to answer any questions I have and checks on how I’m doing to make sure I stay consistent and held accountable which is something I’ve struggled with previous diet and exercise plans.
