Weight Training Class
There is no contract, and plans are month-to-month with a 7-day notice required for cancellation. The number of weight training sessions per month depends on the plan purchased, and all sessions must be completed within the month of purchase. A 12-hour cancellation notice is required for individual classes, or the class will be forfeited. All classes must be booked in advance—no drop-ins allowed.
Before starting classes, it is encouraged to attend a free orientation session. This session will help bring you up to speed on how everything works, take initial measurements and photos, set goals and expectations, and review basic exercise form.
