  • Tuesday 6 &7 PM: Upper Body (tone & sculpt)

  • Wednesday 6 &7 PM: Cardio + Core (endurance & strength)

  • Thursday 6 &7 PM: Leg Day 2 (glutes & hamstrings)

  • Saturday 8 AM: core+cardio+arms
